The Deacon Ministry

Our Deacons serve the Lord by conducting the caring ministry of the church. Doing the benevolence work, visiting the sick, being alert to the spiritual needs of the congregation-for the purposes of freeing the pastoral staff to focus on prayer and the ministry of the Word, promoting unity within the church, and facilitating the spread of the gospel.

In our worship services the deacons are identified with name badges. These men are the spiritual leaders of our family of faith here at Olive Springs. They are available to you anytime, especially through the worship ministry of Olive Springs. These men would love to talk with you and pray with you about that special need you may have on your heart as you come to worship with us.
